The Clarkesville City Council is scheduled to hold a work session at 5 p.m. Sept. 29, 2026.
Agenda items include discussion of the possible purchase of new body cameras for the Police Department and a discussion of grants with Patrick Larson of the Georgia Mountains Regional Commission.
Ellie Van Doornum also is scheduled to discuss Piedmont University’s intern program.
Other items listed under new business include discussion of the Fort Gordon Intergovernmental Service Agreement, an update on the MainStreet manager position and updates from the GCCMA Fall Conference.
