DEMOREST — An evening of live music, comedy and audience-requested songs will help Circle of Hope continue serving survivors of domestic violence in Habersham County and across Northeast Georgia.
Circle of Hope’s Dueling Pianos fundraiser returns Saturday, Oct. 24, at Piedmont University’s Arrendale Amphitheater in Demorest. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the dueling-piano show begins at 6 p.m.
The fundraiser supports Circle of Hope, a nonprofit victim-service organization that provides emergency shelter, support and advocacy to people experiencing domestic violence in Habersham, Stephens and White counties.
The Andrews Brothers Dueling Pianos will headline the event with an interactive show built around audience requests. Two performers will face off at their pianos while leading the crowd through songs, comedy and sing-alongs.
The Andrews Brothers have performed their audience-driven music and comedy show at fundraisers, weddings, festivals and other events since 2002.
Local performer Luke Riley Smith will open the evening at 5 p.m. with classic jazz, swing and Sinatra-style selections. Food trucks will also be available before the main performance begins.
This year’s event will include two special giveaways. Two guests will each have an opportunity to win a cowboy hat autographed by Kimberly Schlapman of the Grammy Award-winning country group Little Big Town.
Guests may bring stadium cushions, but folding chairs and outside coolers will not be permitted.
Tickets and additional event information are available through Circle of Hope. Videos of The Andrews Brothers performing are available at theandrewsbrothers.com/videos.
