The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office reports that the 17-year-old girl missing from the Cornelia area since about 10:30 p.m. Monday, June 15, is safe.
She has been found within the past hour in a neighboring county.
In accordance with policy, the teen’s name and photograph are being removed.
CORNELIA, Ga. — The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old girl who was last seen late Monday night.
According to the sheriff’s office was last seen at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Monday, June 15, while at work at Dairy Queen in Cornelia.
Authorities said Saylors has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a gray Dairy Queen T-shirt and blue jeans. Investigators said she was driving a red 2000 Ford Ranger pickup truck bearing Georgia license plate SKY 3077.
The vehicle was reportedly captured on a Flock camera at approximately 11:54 p.m. Monday on Talmadge Drive heading into Stephens County.
The sheriff’s office is actively investigating and asks anyone who sees Saylors or her vehicle to immediately call 9-1-1.
