The Baldwin City Council will hold a special called meeting on Thursday, May 28, at 6 p.m.
According to a meeting notice released by the city, the meeting will take place at the Baldwin Police Department Training Facility, located at 155 Willingham Avenue in Baldwin. The training facility is located behind the police department.
